A. Acceptance of Terms

a. The following Terms and Conditions apply automatically to any and all existing and any and all additional/new features or services established in/on/for VatsayanFoundation.org.

 

b. A User must take it upon him/herself to ensure they read and comprehend this document before utilizing any VatsayanFoundation.org service. A User, through the use of this Site, consents to hold harmless VatsayanFoundation.org and any person/organization related to VatsayanFoundation.org including, but not limited to, its owners, shareholders, employees and/or sponsors against any and all claims associated to the personal views, beliefs, opinions, and/or attitude conveyed by others.

B. Membership Account & Security

a. You must be 18 years of age or older to register as a member.

 

b. When registering, you must provide factual information that is current and complete. Failure to provide true information will result in losing your VatsayanFoundation.org account as well as the right to use VatsayanFoundation.org’s services.

 

c. After registering on VatsayanFoundation.org, please take any and all precautions in protecting your password and account—your account information should be kept confidential.

 

d. After each session, you must completely logout.

 

e. VatsayanFoundation.org is not/will not be liable or any damage and/or loss of any kind. Therefore, a User’s account is the full responsibility of that User.

 

 

C. VatsayanFoundation.org Content—Accessing and Transmitting; No Resale of Service(s)

a. After obtaining authorization, Contributors may post their VatsayanFoundation.org contributions sites, including, but not limited to any off-line publications; however, VatsayanFoundation.org must be quoted as the primary publisher, and a link to www.VatsayanFoundation.org must be supplied.

 

b. A User must agree not to vend, transfer, exchange, replicate, or exploit for any personal or 'for profit’ reasons/intentions any segment of the Service, including VatsayanFoundation.org ID, use of Service, or access to the Service.

 

 

D. Contributing to VatsayanFoundation.org: Ideas, Suggestions, Documents, Proposals, Recipes, etc.

a. A User’s contributions automatically convert into possession(s) of VatsayanFoundation.org without any commitment, obligation and/or promises of VatsayanFoundation.org to the User.

 

b. When contributions are submitted, VatsayanFoundation.org has the right to make them available to the public worldwide, and they materialize into an everlasting component of the publicly-accessible VatsayanFoundation.org archives. The distribution rights cannot be canceled or withdrawn.

 

c. VatsayanFoundation.org reserves the right to or not to examine, verify, eliminate and/or reject portions of the content or the content in its entirety, which has been submitted to VatsayanFoundation.org as contributions.

 

d. VatsayanFoundation.org reserves the right to utilize or reveal  (or decide not to reveal or utilize) contributions for any intention, in any form, in any media worldwide.

 

e. There is always a possibility that VatsayanFoundation.org may previously possess identical or alike content to that of contributions being submitted, already under deliberation and/or in development.

 

f. VatsayanFoundation.org is not responsible nor assert any ownership of content submitted or make available for inclusion on the Services.

g. A User honestly declares they have not encroached on another person’s copyright in the formation/development of any/all contributions.

 

h. A User honestly declares that any and all contributions is/are of their formation/development which they, if applicable, possess the copyright to such content.

 

i. Proprietary, classified, private and confidential information are not allowed to be submitted; in regards to the contributions, VatsayanFoundation.org is not bound to confidentiality, express or implied.

 

j. Contributions must NOT be unlawful, obscene, racial, discriminating, hurtful, harmful or otherwise objectionable in any way or form.

 

k. All contributions are royalty-free; there are no concessions to a User for any recompense of any kind from VatsayanFoundation.org for/under any situation.

 

E. Member Conduct, Membership Terminations / Terms of Services

a. While a User is on the Site and using any form of service on any section of the Site, they consent NOT to:

i. Falsify in any form any identifiers with the intention to cover, conceal or change the source of any content sent/submitted.

 

ii. Mimic or masquerade as any person, place or thing, including, but not limited to, a VatsayanFoundation.org representative of any form; forum leader, guide or host; or incorrectly affirm or in any other way give false account to/of their [the User] association with a person, place or thing, etc.

 

iii. Infringe any law and/or government regulations be it local, emirate/state, national or international laws/regulations, whether deliberately or unintentionally

Provide, via posting, uploading or in any other form, content that is in any manner illegal—be it local, emirate/state, national or international laws—including but not limited to posting job openings, advertisements, event postings and/or classifieds that contain deceptive and/or fraudulent representations and/or practices, as well as suggest/encourage to commit any unlawful activity.

 

v. Gather and/or hold personal information about other users via any means; purse, coerce, or intimidate another user in any form; harass another user in any form; promote any illegal activities in any form by any means.

 

vi. Submit in any form, including but not limited to posting and uploading, hurtful, destructive, dangerous, threatening, encourage violence, intruding, offensive, racial/ethnical, crude, insulting, slanderous, obnoxious, derogatory, harassing, indecent/obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

 

vii. Unlawfully post, upload or in any other form provide any content that the User does not have the power/entitlement to provide, for any reason, be it contractual, fiduciary relations or the law.

 

viii. Submit in any form, including but not limited to posting and uploading, any content that encroaches on copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or any proprietary rights of any party.

 

ix. Spread viruses of any kind via any manner such as, but not limited to, uploading or posting material that have software viruses, computer codes, files or programs intended to disturb, damage, annihilate any computer software or hardware to telecommunications apparatus.

 

x. Behave in a way that adversely affects other users’ experience with VatsayanFoundation.org’s services, including but not limited to disturbing the usual stream of dialogue by continuously posting the identical or alike data/information; post, upload or in any other form provide any unauthorized promotional/marketing material and any form of unauthorized advertising, including but not limited to 'pyramid schemes,’ 'junk mail,’ 'spam,’ 'chain letters,’ or any other type of commercial/trade solicitation. Frequent postings of a promotional sort are considered misuse of the services and forums. b.
